Shipping Methods
All items purchased on www.golferswarehouse.com will be shipped via UPS. At checkout, you will be given three shipping options: UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, or UPS Standard Overnight service. Gift Cards will ship via U.S. Postal Service, unless a shipping upgrade is ordered.
Service Area
Upon order approval, golferswarehouse.com will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground, UPS 2-day, or UPS Standard Overnight. No orders can be delivered to Post Office Boxes., APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States .
All orders completed by 12:00 pm est. Monday thru Friday will be processed for shipment that day. Any orders received after 12:00 pm est. will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on Friday - Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS Two Day or Next Day service. If ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.
Shipping Rates
The amount you are charged for shipping will depend on the amount of your order and the items purchased.
Golferswarehouse.com currently provides free Ground shipping on orders totaling $100.00 or more.* Charges related to shipping, handling, and taxes are not included to meet the minimum requirement in determining the total purchase amount.
The free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $100.00. Golferswarehouse.com reserves the right to apply applicable shipping charges to any such orders. Golferswarehouse.com may change or discontinue the free or discounted shipping offer at any time. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

Transit Times
The amount of time an order is in-transit from the time it leaves Golferswarehouse.com will depend on where it is being shipped and the type of service utilized. Ground Orders are usually received within 1-5 business days.

Sales Tax
All shipments made to CT, MA, RI are subject to sales tax on taxable purchases and shipping charges. Since Golfers’ Warehouse has valid Sales Tax Certificates in CT, MA, RI we must chare applicable sales and remand these charges to the state of delivery. Golfers Warehouse would sell product net of sales tax if vendor pricing policies allowed product to be sold net of tax and not be considered a discount.
Items cannot be returned without a SALES RECEIPT.
To return an item that was purchased on-line, call customer service at 1-800-405-4653 (GOLF) to request an RA (return authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted with out a RA number.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an RA number. Print this RA number boldly on the box of the item to be returned and mail the item, accompanied by the original packaging and materials, to the following address:

Shipping charges for returns are the customers' responsibility. Golfers' Warehouse is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be given for unused items that are post marked within 30 days of purchase date with original sales receipt.

All returns will be inspected prior to refunds or credits being issued.

The following items cannot be returned: special orders, used equipment, custom equipment, gift cards, personalized products, books and videos, software.

What constitutes a "used" club: clubs that have been hit at the driving range, backyard or golf course are no longer in new condition, and are considered "used".Defective items are subject to manufacturers' warranties and repair / replacement policies under warranty.
